Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Go Home website or placing an order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Belize Dollars (BZ$) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from the images shown. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online payment — via Placetopay (Atlantic Bank secure payment gateway)
Bank transfer — direct bank transfer to our designated account (order details will be provided at checkout)

We do not accept cash on delivery. Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed. Go Home reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

We deliver throughout Belize. Free countrywide delivery is available on orders over BZ$350. Delivery times are estimated at same day or next day depending on your location and order time. Orders placed by 1PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Go Home is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is carried out between 7AM – 3PM on business days. A representative will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to coordinate delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. No Return or Refund Policy

All sales are final. Go Home does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp or email with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, arrange an exchange for the same item or equivalent product.

To be eligible for an exchange due to a defect:

The item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The defect must be a manufacturing fault, not damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
Photographic evidence must be provided
The item must not have been used beyond initial inspection

Go Home reserves the right to decline any exchange claim that does not meet these criteria.

6. Warranty

Some products sold by Go Home may carry a local warranty of up to 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty, where applicable, covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by power surges or improper electrical connections
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Warranty coverage is indicated on individual product listings. Not all products carry a warranty — please check the product description before purchasing. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@gowirelessdirect.com with your order number and description of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Go Home website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Go Home or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

Go Home reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
